1. Unconditional 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

At Mr. Wagyu Ranch, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right. If at any time in the next 10 days after receiving your order you are dissatisfied with our products or service, we will provide you with store credit or offer a replacement, as per your preference.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality Wagyu beef, and we always aim to do right by our customers.

2. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we understand that issues can sometimes arise, and we are here to help:

Errors, Defects, or Damaged Items: If we made an error with your order or if an item arrives damaged, spoiled, or unusable, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We offer store credit, a refund, or a replacement for any damaged or spoiled products.


Important Notes About Credits, Refunds, and Replacements:

Please notify us about any issues with your order within 24 hours of receiving it.
Since our products are perishable, returns are not possible.
Credit will be provided for the product price and any associated shipping costs.

3. Instructions for Reporting an Issue

4. Order Modifications and Cancellations

No Late Orders or Cancellations:Once the order deadline has passed, you cannot modify or cancel your order. This policy helps us ensure we can deliver the freshest, highest-quality Wagyu beef.Editing Orders: You may modify your order anytime before the deadline. Once your order is submitted, it cannot be changed after the cutoff.

Order Totals:Since our Wagyu beef is sold by weight, your final order total may vary slightly from the initial estimate. The final total will reflect the exact weight of the products you receive.
5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods: We ship our products with care to ensure freshness upon arrival. Delivery times will vary based on your location, but we aim to provide expedited shipping for all orders. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.


Handling Perishable Products:Since our products are perishable, it’s crucial that you inspect your order upon delivery. We are not responsible for spoiled items if they are not unpacked or stored correctly once they arrive.


Customer Responsibility:You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery is received and unpacked on the same day it arrives. If items are missing or spoiled due to delay in unpacking, we cannot be held responsible.


6. Out of Stock Items

Inventory errors occasionally happen. If an item is out of stock, your order total and shipping fees will be adjusted accordingly, and we will notify you of any changes.

7. Payment and Billing

Payment Requirements:Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards. You must have a valid payment method on file before completing your order.


Card Declines:If your card is declined, we will notify you by email. We expect you to resolve the issue or communicate with us immediately. If not, your account may be deactivated until the issue is resolved.


Final Charges:The total amount charged to your credit card will reflect the final weight of your order. You will receive a receipt by email once your payment has been processed.


8. Order Pickup

If you choose pickup instead of delivery, you are responsible for picking up your order at the designated time. Late or forgotten pickups are at your own risk, and we cannot be held responsible for any missing or spoiled items if you do not pick up your order on time.

9. Delivery Delays

We understand that unexpected delays can occur due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances. If there are delays in your delivery, we will notify you promptly via email or text (for farm driver deliveries).

If delivery is delayed, please be prepared to receive your order during the updated time frame. We will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
